I first heard this on "Weather World" from Penn State on Monday 3/3 - looks like it's not just snow numbers setting records in Billings

"Billings, MT, set a new all-time March low with -21F this morning (Sunday 3/2), surpassing old record of -19F"

I'm honestly surprised that Syracuse hasn't caught up to Erie yet. Your window for lake effect is quickly dwindling! Plus, even Lake Ontario is freezing over with these bitter temps. We here in Erie won't breathe easy, though, because we know all too well that one massive nor'easter could shoot up the east coast and bury Syracuse.
