		<description>No doubt BT that some of the smaller cities pile the snow on including your city.  There has been sooo many times where I watch the snow bands drop south of Buffalo and just sit kind of like they do here in the Syracuse area except the opposite.  They drop down to us but then go back up north to Fulton, Oswego, the Tug Hill area and just sit.  Nothing but respect for the totals you get :)</description>
